Yes, you will need ID for this event, both This is the End and the venues will ask for it.
This trip is for UK Students, there will be like minded people from across the UK attending the trip only. A great place to celebrate with life long friends and make new ones too!
You will purchase a package that includes 4 nights accommodation and entry into the main 3 venues (Sunday wristband check-in, Sunday venue, Monday venue, Wednesday venue), upon selecting your package, you will then have a 12% booking fee added at the check-out.
There are optional extras that you can ‘add-on’ to your package, on Tuesday there is a free day, however you can choose to add-on a boat party or pool party at an additional fee. You can also upgrade to VIP.
You will have 3 payment options when making your booking, they will all cost the same, but you can choose how you split your payments:
1. A £39 deposit with a 3-month instalment payment plan
2. Full payment
We have bundled the event ticket and accommodation together, to make things easier for you! All tickets come with accommodation included.
All accommodations are hostels, these are shared dorms.
We endeavour to ensure all groups are placed in the same room, and where we can we aim for single sex rooms. However, due to the nature of hostels, we cannot guarantee this in every case, there will be circumstances where guests are in mixed dorms, and sharing with other groups on the trip. We will have our own team at each hostel, to assist you checking in, if there are any issues that arise throughout your stay, we will have a specific team that you can contact for assistance.
Flights, transfers and transport around the city are not included and must be organised independently.
Yes, please email info@thisistheend.co.uk for any changes. Each change will incur a £20 admin fee. (These may include name changes, adding people to your group, merging with another group, adding extras onto your package, changing details etc).
You will receive a ticket attached to your booking dashboard, which is accessible through your confirmation email, email us at info@thisistheend.co.uk and we will resend it to you.
On the day of arrival we will have a ‘wristband check-in location’ where you come to meet us and we check your details and give you the necessary wristbands, these will allow you access to everything you have booked (all venues and any extras that you have purchased)
We advise that you ensure you can attend the wristband check-in, we will be onsite to assist with any questions and help get you settled in, we’ll share any important information with you at this time too. If you do miss the wristband check-in you can contact us on the number that will be provided prior to the trip and we will arrange a meeting point with you.
No. We work with licensed venues, and any alcohol brought in will be confiscated.
This is the End is held in the best nightclubs around the city. You will experience some world class venues, all venues are licensed and are dedicated for our trip only

Please note that all cancellations may incur cancellation fees inline with the table of cancellations in the terms and conditions. Please note any cancellations must be over email, if not your ticket will remain active and you could incur additional cancellation fees.
We always advise that you check the government website before travelling abroad. Spain is generally safe for UK citizens, however, like any tourist destination it is good to be aware of your surroundings, and keep all your personal belongings safely on your person.
If you lose your luggage on the flight over, please follow the procedures at the airport and with the airline directly.
In the event that you lose your passport, you must apply for an emergency travel document, please follow the advice on the government website, you may need to contact / visit the UK embassy - https://www.gov.uk/emergency-travel-document/how-to-apply
Our team is onsite for the whole duration of the trip, guests will have a direct number for the team, and should any issues arise, can contact us directly, we will then assist virtually, or meet guests where needed.
We will have 1 member of staff for every 50 guests and ‘branded’ (so we are easy to spot) street teams, near the venues to guide guests to the venues and home after the events. Although this is an independent trip we will proactively be available to assist guests in any way. Each club has their own designated security and first aid teams who are on hand to take care of guests when within their venues.
There is strictly a no drug policy at our events.
We understand that even after our security and awareness measures are put in place and actioned – we have to acknowledge that our guests may bring and experiment with drugs during the event. Although we do not condone drug use to any level please remember that substance abuse can be extremely dangerous and harmful – sometimes even life threatening, especially when mixed with alcohol.
Please ensure that if you begin to feel ill, depressed, frightened or generally not yourself – you alert a member of staff right away and try to drink plenty of water to keep you hydrated.
The health and safety of our guests is extremely important and we are here to help.
We have tour operators insurance that covers our guests in the event of Company financial failure, event insurance for running our shows and public liability insurance that has a claim cover of up to £10 million.
All the venues we are using are also fully licensed and have their own insurances.We strongly advise all guests to ensure that they arrange the appropriate travel and health insurance for this trip.
Should the event be postponed or cancelled due to coronavirus, guests will be eligible for a refund of the face value of their package, less the 12% booking fee, as this is retained by the booking site
As of the publication of this, 22/11/21, the entry requirements to Spain from the UK are as follows:
Documentation certifying that you have undertaken a COVID-19 test within 72 hours prior to arrival to Spain and tested negative (PCR, TMA, LAMP, NEAR) - Please note this cannot be an NHS provided test, but must be a ‘fit to fly’ testORProof of being fully vaccinated (with both doses of a two-dose vaccine or one dose of a one-dose vaccine) at least 14 days prior to arrival in Spain (authorised by European Medicines Agency or by the World Health Organisation) - We suggest that you download the ‘NHS app’ and ensure your vaccine passport is downloaded, so that you can access it even without data, whilst you’re travelling
All guests must complete and sign an ‘online health control form’ no more than 48 hours prior to travelling - https://www.spth.gob.es/
As of the publication of this, 22/11/21, the re-entry requirements to the UK from Spain are as follows:
If you are not fully vaccinated: Take a COVID-19 test no more than 3 days prior to travel (you can pre-book these at Barcelona airport, but make sure to leave enough time) Book and pay for day 2 and day 8 COVID-19 PCR tests - to be taken after arrival into England
Complete a passenger locator form no more than 48 hours prior to travelling - https://www.gov.uk/provide-journey-contact-details-before-travel-uk (you will need to enter your day 2 COVID-19 reference number on your passenger locator form, so this must be pre-booked) When you arrive in England, you must, quarantine for 10 days at home or the place you are staying, and take your day 2 and day 8 tests

If you are fully vaccinated: Book and pay for a COVID-19 test to be taken before the end of day 2 in England.
